At TECHWEAR STORM™, we stand by the quality of our tactical gear and urban techwear; if your order doesn't meet your specifications, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all modular attachments and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Logistics Hub

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated quality control center.

• 4.
  Quality Scan & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the garment's integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
